LEAN MANAGEMENT TRAINING

On 4 – 5th July, the “Lean Management” training took place in our company. Thanks to the lectures, workshop classes and specially dedicated case studies, the employees of our company become familiar with the Lean Management idea in practice as well as the practical application in the processes implemented in Barosz plant. One of the elements of the mission and vision of our company is the continuous development and training of our technical – engineering staff. Thanks to that, they can gain new competences in the field of the latest and up-to-date techniques in the area of Lean Management. The main aim of conducting the training was to raise the knowledge and awareness of our employees what will significantly influence the level of the provided services.
