What is a Tool Shop?
The tool shop is the workspace in which the orders are carried out. This is where the machine park is located, where CNC machine tools and other useful tools work at high speed. Turning, milling and drilling are works that practically never stop, and computer-controlled machines are responsible for their execution. In a modern tool shop, technology plays the main role. That is why production plants invest a lot of money in the modernization of this sector and introduce as many solutions as possible that allow for the automation of subsequent processes. At the same time, the use of advanced tools requires specialists with engineer experience and programming skills. Only a properly trained operator with knowledge of the programming language will be able to issue the appropriate commands and direct the tools in such a way that the manufactured components obtain the required parameters.
