PROBLEM SOLVING TRAINING

During the first days of September Lean Manufacturing training took place – titled Problem Solving. This time, our employees widend their knowledge and gained practical skills enabling them to solve problems of various complexity on their own. The training was aimed at making employees aware that disclosing problems leads to their solution and makes their work easier, as well as convincing workers that the presented methods work. During the workshop, employees solved real problems occuring in the company and learned practical tools for solving problems. In addition, the staff gained knowledge and skills in the field of continuous improvement system (Improvement System).
